These Terms of Service govern your use of the Artiste Works platform (artistworks.artistehub.co.uk), operated by AGCS LIMITED t/a ARTISTEHUB Systems (Company Reg: 10778479). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Artiste Works provides pay-as-you-go professional operational services for artists and growing artist teams. Services are categorised across Admin Services, Business Music Admin, Business Pitch, and Creative Services.
3. Service Requests
- You may submit service requests via the platform without needing to create an account.
- All requests are subject to review and confirmation by our team before a price and terms are confirmed.
- Submitting a request does not constitute a binding agreement until price and terms have been confirmed and payment has been made.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
- Prices listed on the platform are starting estimates. The confirmed price may differ based on the scope of work.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a payment link once your request has been reviewed and a price confirmed.
- Services will commence only after payment has been received and confirmed.
5. Delivery & Deadlines
Delivery timescales will be communicated as part of the confirmed terms for each service request. We endeavour to meet all agreed deadlines but shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel a request before payment has been made at no charge.
- Once payment has been received, cancellations and refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe.
7. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in your service requests.
- Respond to communications from our team in a timely manner.
- Not misuse the platform or submit fraudulent requests.
- Ensure you have the legal right to any materials you provide to us for service delivery.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGCS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
