- The Artiste Works brand name, logo, and visual identity.
- The platform design, code, and functionality at artistworks.artistehub.co.uk.
- All proprietary templates, processes, and methodologies used in service delivery.
- Marketing materials, website content, and documentation created by us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
3. Your Intellectual Property
Any materials, content, music, artwork, or other assets you provide to us as part of a service request remain your intellectual property. By submitting materials to us, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those materials solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
4. Deliverables & Ownership
Ownership of work produced by Artiste Works depends on the nature of the service:
- Administrative & business services: Documents, reports, and administrative outputs produced for you become your property upon full payment.
- Creative services: Original creative work (designs, pitch decks, branding materials) produced for you transfers to your ownership upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Templates & frameworks: Where we use our proprietary templates or frameworks as a basis for your deliverables, we retain ownership of the underlying template. You receive a licence to use the customised output.
5. Third-Party IP
Where our services involve the use of third-party assets (e.g., stock images, fonts, software licences), any IP rights in those assets remain with their respective owners. We will inform you of any third-party licensing requirements relevant to your deliverables.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all materials and information you share with us as confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your materials to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
7. Portfolio & Case Studies
We may wish to reference completed work in our portfolio or case studies. We will always seek your written permission before using any of your project details or deliverables for promotional purposes.
8. Disputes
Any IP disputes arising from our services will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We encourage resolution through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action.
